At Not White, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below:

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• A 3 KD delivery fee will be deducted for return or exchange service.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Bracelets and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Service Availability

Return and exchange services are available within Kuwait only.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
